Clay Club Tennessee: Turning GTM Curiosity into Community Leverage

Clay Club Tennessee Launch Event - October 23 2025 4 to 7pm Central Time - Jonathan Oldacre and Brandon Guerrero - Lytdryv and The Kiln

Tennessee’s GTM ecosystem is starting to connect in a new way.

On Thursday, October 23, 2025, Clay Club Tennessee will bring builders, operators, and founders together at Pinewood Social in Nashville for a hands-on evening focused on one thing: turning curiosity about Clay into repeatable operating leverage.

This community event is hosted by Clay and co-led by Jonathan Oldacre (Lytdryv) and Brandon Guerrero (The Kiln). It’s designed for people who believe GTM systems aren’t built in isolation but shaped through shared experience.

Why Clay Club Exists

Clay has quickly become one of the most powerful GTM tools available. It gives revenue teams the ability to source, enrich, and automate data faster than ever before. But speed alone doesn’t build leverage. The teams that win are the ones that use Clay intentionally, connecting it to a clear GTM design and measurable outcomes.

That’s where Clay Club comes in. The event gives GTM beginners and pros a place to learn from each other, trade notes, and turn what they know into systems that perform.

If you’ve been experimenting with Clay or curious about how others are applying it inside real GTM stacks, this is the room to be in.

And to make the night actionable, the Clay team is giving every attendee free credits to keep building after the event.

The Vibe

Things kick off with a quick networking session, followed by a live workflow demo that walks through how Clay connects data, AI, and automation inside a GTM system. Then we’ll move into an open discussion on GTM Engineering vs. RevOps, a recap of Clay’s first global conference SCULPT 2025, and a quick Q&A session.

Here’s how the night breaks down:

4:00 – 4:30 PM: Check in, grab some food, and meet the crew.

4:30 – 6:00 PM: LIVE Clay demo (blank slate to operational), discussion, SCULPT recap, and audience Q&A.

6:00 – 7:00 PM: Networking and follow-up conversations.

Appetizers and beverages will be provided at Pinewood Social. The focus is on community first and learning through shared practice.

What You’ll Learn

Whether you’re just getting started or you’re a seasoned GTM engineer, Clay Club TN is built for helping you grow. The session will show how to use Clay to create structure, scale precision, and generate signal clarity.

You’ll see how to:

  • Define an ICP and build a TAM using Clay

  • Enrich contacts with company data

  • Use Claygent to identify business model and target customer

  • Customize a workflow with AI to automate email outreach + a preview of Clay's new Sequencer

Discussion: GTM Engineering vs. RevOps

One of the key conversations at Clay Club Tennessee will dig into how RevOps and GTM Engineering complement each other.

RevOps makes what already works more efficient, measurable, and predictable. It’s about refining systems, improving handoffs, and ensuring the GTM engine runs clean. GTM Engineering complements it by testing new workflows, connecting emerging tools, and experimenting with automation to unlock fresh operating leverage. It’s the space where teams prototype faster ways to route, score, and act on market signals before those methods become standard.

That balance between these disciplines is what keeps modern GTM systems healthy.

Statewide Event with a Nashville Venue

Nashville has become a natural, central gathering point for Tennessee’s growing tech and SaaS ecosystem. The state’s founders, operators, and RevOps leaders are all feeling the same shift: GTM success is no longer about chasing leads, it’s about designing leverage.

By launching Clay Club in Nashville, Clay is giving that movement a home base. The event is open to professionals from across the state—from Memphis to Knoxville—and aims to spark collaboration that lives beyond the meetup.

Each attendee brings a piece of their expertise to the table, and when those pieces connect, the entire ecosystem gains momentum.

What You’ll Take Away

By the end of the night, you’ll walk away with:

  • A high level understanding of how Clay fits inside a modern GTM system

  • Real examples from peers who are running it live

  • New relationships with operators who think the same way you do

  • Free Clay credits to keep experimenting
